Pilates is a system of exercises using the mat and special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. I take time to get to know you, your fitness goals, and body so as to tailor each session towards meeting your needs. I am trained in a classical approach to Pilates which honors the method and order Joseph Pilates created. Each session includes stretch, strength, stamina, and stability.

Pilates sessions will increase your core strength and spinal flexibility so that you can feel more agile and carry on with your favorite sports and hobbies with ease. You will experience increased body awareness and self-confidence along with flexibility and total body strength. Every session is tailored to meet your body’s needs and your personal goals.

Jumpstart meeting your fitness goals by scheduling 3 sessions in your first two weeks. Can’t make it 3 times a week, then try 2. Scheduling 2 to 3 sessions per week will help you begin to see and feel the benefits more effectively of the Pilates method.

4 Pack Private Sessions - $120 per session

8 Pack Private Sessions - $110 per session

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all booked appointments. All sales of packages are final and non-refundable. Sessions expire after 90 days of purchased date.
